Recommendation Time

The pick for this week is Tonari no Seki-kun. During class, Yokoi can’t be helped but be distracted by Seki-kun, the classmate sitting next to her. He’s always doing something at his desk. Setting up his eraser’s like dominoes, an elaborate game of Shogi, or buffing up his desk to a mirror-like shine. Naturally, this distracts Yokoi from what is going on in class. It’s funny and enjoyable, so please check it out! An anime adaptation has been announced and I can’t wait to check it out when it airs.

Feedback: Love to hear your feedback. Drop me a line on Twitter and let me know what you think! If you have any posts you think are worth mentioning, forward them along to me.

As a massive space opera fan, I’m delighted that the Crest/Banner of the Stars series is being rescued. I’m really hoping that they include Banner of the Stars III as part of the package since it’s such a wonderful finale for the story (at least the anime).

I started reading Tonari no Seki-kun its so damn funny! If it gets the anime treatment I think it will be a 15min series or 5? I don’t think it could survive long xD

Thanks for the Metanorn shoutout! 😀
