Winter: I loved Aquarion EVOL and Nichibros for the win!

Surprise from winter: Rinne no Lagrange 50% mecha 50% yuri-ish

dissapointing: Mouretsu Pirates! It was just so damn slow for me.

Spring: Hell ya Dave! Acchi Kocchi that was a fun series! It was also the same time Eureka Seven Ao got started up, Haiyore Nyaruko-san, Natsuiro Kiseki, Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle 2, and yes Upotte!! was kind of crazy~

    Surprise from spring: Sengoku Collection

disappointing from spring: Sankarea and Tasogare Otome x Amnesia

Winter: Ano Natsu and Natsume Yuujinchou. Just so much feels.

Surprise from winter: Nichibros. The comedy was awesome until midway, where it got a little stale, but I’m grad I didn’t drop it.

Disappointment from winter: I’m gonna get slapped by so many bloggers for this, but Chihayafuru. I couldn’t get past how insensitive and forceful Chihaya was throughout the show, what with keeping Tachi in an unrequited limbo, forcing everyone to join her club when they clearly didn’t want to, and not having the delicacy and awareness to realize what happened to Arata. Admittedly my views were affected a departure in my family, but the Arata x Chihaya catharsis scene made me drop it on account of bad writing. I might pick it up again for S2 now that I have gotten more distance from it.

Spring: Fate/Zero and Kimi to Boku! I was surprised no one put it F/Z on their list, but its understandable how KtB is usually dismissed as a male K-ON! or fujoshi bait (It’s not).

    Surprise from spring: Space Brothers

Disappointment: Tsuritama and Sakamichi. They were not bad, but I didn’t enjoy them as much as I’ve hoped.
